Malema v City Press: Gag attempt fails
ANC Youth League president Julius Malema's attempt to prevent City Press from publishing details about a secret trust fund has failed.
Malema's urgent application for an interdict in the South Gauteng High Court was dismissed with cost this afternoon.
Malema’s legal team argued that his public image could be seriously damaged if these details were published.
