When I was in the army, 1976 to 1978, I was exposed to some of the most gruesome images imaginable. They included photos from then Rhodesia, our border wars, and the terrible events around Soweto 1976. These images seared one's brain. Quite simply, they scarred you mentally for life.
The White House is holding back on publishing pictures of Osama, who was killed with a single bullet above the left eye.
These pictures, apparently, are available. I will never post them.
There is Hollywood, and there is reality. And reality is far, far worse.
